Quick answer: Shake the bottle and take one to two droppers once a day in the morning, before a meal, by mouth or in a little water. Start with one dropper. If you take diabetes medicine, ask your doctor first and check your glucose more often, because PayArmin may add to its effect.

Safety notes
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using PayArmin if:
- You take diabetes medicine such as metformin, insulin or a sulfonylurea. Chromium, Gymnema and ginseng may add to its effect and cause low blood sugar, so check with your doctor and monitor your glucose.
- You have a heart condition, high blood pressure, anxiety or are sensitive to caffeine (green tea is a stimulant).
- You have liver problems; concentrated green tea extract has rare reports of liver injury.
- You take blood thinners such as warfarin (ginseng and green tea may interact).
- You have kidney disease, a thyroid condition or are scheduled for surgery.
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18.
Signs of low blood sugar: shakiness, sweating, fast heartbeat, hunger, dizziness or confusion. If you have these, take 15 g of fast sugar (such as juice) and contact your doctor. Stop PayArmin and get advice if you notice dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or stomach pain, which can be signs of liver strain.
Storage
