Quick answer: Green tea gives PayArmin its caffeine and antioxidants, maca is a traditional energy root, and Panax ginseng has a few small glucose trials. Concentrated green tea has rare liver reports and ginseng can interact with blood thinners.
Green tea
Green tea leaf contains catechins such as EGCG and some caffeine. Reviews show small changes in fasting glucose. The official page calls PayArmin stimulating, so take it in the morning. NCCIH on green tea.
Maca
Maca is a Peruvian root used for energy, mood and libido. Human studies at 1.5 to 3 g a day are small. There is no good evidence it changes blood sugar.
Panax ginseng
Some small trials of ginseng root found modest drops in fasting glucose. It may interact with warfarin and diabetes medicines. NCCIH on Asian ginseng.
Liver note
Rare cases of liver injury have been linked to concentrated green tea extracts, usually in capsules taken on an empty stomach. Stop and see a doctor if you notice dark urine or yellow skin.
